Successful Medical Device Workshop

EAG Life Sciences, formerly Cyanta, recently presented a successful workshop for the medical device industry in the San Francisco Bay Area. The workshop, "Medical Device Development & the Role of Physical & Chemical Testing: Exploring Device Development Pitfalls & Failures" offered an overview of the chemical and physical testing services essential for developing medical devices. A panel of presenters explained how careful planning and knowledge of regulations can greatly impact the success of a development program. Case studies were presented demonstrating medical device failures during development and the analytical investigations used to resolve these failures.
