What's New at CAS-MI Laboratories

We are proud to announce the hiring of new employees and the promotion of a key leader in our company.

Nadia Benhamida joined us in the role of Chemist/Formulator. She earned a M.S. degree in Polymer and Coatings Technology from Eastern Michigan University in 2009, and has worked as a formulation chemist. She helps our team at the Innovation Center develop new paints and coating products.

Frank Nachtman also joined the Innovation Center this year as Technical Manager-Special Projects. He assists with developing new coatings products for strategic clients. Frank has over 12 years of experience providing technical expertise in developing sealants, adhesives and protective coatings. His project management and plant management skills will be critical in expanding CAS-MI's research and development capabilities.

Kristopher Felice was recently promoted to Project Leader/Chemist. Kris has worked at CAS-MI Laboratories during his education at Eastern Michigan in a variety of roles. Kris uses a wide range of analytical techniques such as SEM/EDXA, FTIR, ATR, Microscopic FTIR and MDSC. He also has expertise in paint and coating physical testing, as well as failure analysis.
