Mr. Allen Chin
Vice President, Human Resources

Mr. Chin joined EAG in March 2007 as the Vice President of Human Resources. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Chin served as Vice President of Human Resources for Vitria Technology, a global software enterprise company. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Chin served as the Corporate Human Resources Consulting Manager for Franklin Templeton Investments, a global investment management company. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Chin served as Vice President of Human Resources for Avinon, Inc., an eBusiness software company. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Chin served as Vice President of Human Resources for Egreetings.com, an Internet eCommerce company. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Chin served as Director of Human Resources for Mosaix, Inc., an enterprise customer software solutions company. From 1995 to 1996, Mr. Chin served as Director of Human Resources for VECTRA Technologies, Inc., a nuclear engineering consulting services company. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Chin held increasingly responsible human resource management positions for Physics International, an R & D Aerospace subsidiary of OLIN Corporation. Mr. Chin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.
