Mr. Lahar is a founder of the EAG Group and the Chief Executive Officer having been on the board since September 2005. He is also a founding Managing Partner of Auriga Partners where he has been active since 1992. From 2004 to date, Mr. Lahar has been a member of the board of Clinical House MedTec GmbH, a leading supplier of orthopaedic implants in Germany. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Lahar was a founder and director of Qualpro Corp., an aerospace and defence component manufacturer. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Lahar was the President of Aurora Electronics, a company which he co-founded with Mr. Cowart and which was a leading provider of spare parts distribution services and electronics recycling and recovery services to computer manufacturers and field service providers. From 1986 to 1992, Mr. Lahar was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of PaineWebber Incorporated. Mr. Lahar received a Master of Business Administration, awarded with Distinction, from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Economics and Government from Harvard College.
