Harry Davoody
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Harry Davoody joined EAG as its Chief Executive Officer in March 2009.

Prior to EAG, he worked as Principal - Technology & Operations, with American Capital Strategies (a private equity firm) conducting operational due diligence for potential investments and assisting management teams of existing ACAS portfolio companies to streamline their businesses and operate more efficiently.

From 2004 through 2006, Mr. Davoody was the founding CEO of LEDEngin, Inc., a startup in the high power LED solid state lighting business. From late 2002 through 2004, Mr. Davoody was the SVP and General Manager of the Multi Service Access Division of Mindspeed Technologies, a public fabless semiconductor company. In 2002, he was the President and CEO of ST Assembly Test Services in Singapore, a large backend packaging and test company serving the semiconductor industry. From 1980 to 2002, Harry was employed by Texas Instruments, where he held various global senior level executive positions including VP and General Manager of the Digital Audio Video Division (revenues of $300 million and 300 employees), and VP and General Manager of the Mixed Signal DSP Solutions Division (revenues of $1 billion and 1,200 employees ).

Mr. Davoody has a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas, Arlington, a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Dallas.
